3. Quotes, Pricing & Bookings

All pricing provided through the website, phone, email, or messaging platforms is subject to confirmation.

Final pricing may vary based on:

Service style
Menu complexity
Rental needs
Staffing requirements
Travel distance
Additional requests

A booking is not confirmed until deposit/payment terms are accepted and confirmation is issued by Foodie Call.

4. Deposits & Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits may be required to secure event dates
Remaining balances must be paid by the due date stated in your invoice or agreement
Late payments may delay or cancel services
Additional charges incurred after booking may be invoiced separately

We reserve the right to decline service for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because event dates are reserved in advance, cancellations may affect our schedule.

General Policy:

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
Last-minute cancellations may incur fees
Custom-purchased ingredients or rentals may be non-refundable

Specific cancellation terms may be included in your quote or invoice and will control where applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding:

Event date and time
Guest count
Venue/location access
Kitchen availability (for chef services)
Dietary restrictions or allergies
Parking/load-in details
Safe working environment

Foodie Call is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete event information.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requests

We strive to accommodate dietary needs when disclosed in advance.

However:

Food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present
We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact
Clients are responsible for informing guests of allergy concerns

Individuals with severe allergies should use caution.

8. Event Timing & Delays

Timelines are based on agreed schedules. Delays caused by venue restrictions, guest arrival changes, weather, access issues, or client changes may impact service flow.

Additional labor or overtime fees may apply when events extend beyond agreed service windows.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or forms
Copy or misuse website content without permission
Submit false inquiries or spam

We may restrict access for misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, text, photos, graphics, menus, and design materials are owned by or licensed to Foodie Call unless otherwise stated.

12. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph food presentation, setups, or portions of events for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

We respect private events and will avoid identifying personal guest information without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Foodie Call shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Service delays beyond reasonable control
Venue issues
Weather interruptions
Third-party vendor failures
Guest actions
Allergic reactions where disclosures were not made

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, emergencies, supply disruptions, labor shortages, or government restrictions.

15. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors such as rentals, venues, staffing, or delivery services. We are not responsible for their separate acts, omissions, pricing, or performance unless expressly agreed in writing.
