A booking is not confirmed until deposit/payment terms are accepted and confirmation is issued by Foodie Call.

Late payments may delay or cancel services
Additional charges incurred after booking may be invoiced separately
We reserve the right to decline service for unpaid balances.
Because event dates are reserved in advance, cancellations may affect our schedule.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
Last-minute cancellations may incur fees
Custom-purchased ingredients or rentals may be non-refundable

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding:

Guest count
Venue/location access
Kitchen availability (for chef services)
Dietary restrictions or allergies
Parking/load-in details
Safe working environment
Foodie Call is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete event information.
We strive to accommodate dietary needs when disclosed in advance.

Food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present
We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact
Clients are responsible for informing guests of allergy concerns
Individuals with severe allergies should use caution.
Timelines are based on agreed schedules. Delays caused by venue restrictions, guest arrival changes, weather, access issues, or client changes may impact service flow.
Additional labor or overtime fees may apply when events extend beyond agreed service windows.
You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or forms
Copy or misuse website content without permission
Submit false inquiries or spam
We may restrict access for misuse.

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, emergencies, supply disruptions, labor shortages, or government restrictions.
We may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors such as rentals, venues, staffing, or delivery services. We are not responsible for their separate acts, omissions, pricing, or performance unless expressly agreed in writing.
